The jelly-istas, Miriam Bossard and Amy Unikewicz, have put their creative energies together to conceive and develop jellyfever.coman online playground featuring adventures, games and d.i.y. projects, showcasing the partners' original photography, quirky collections and myriad of creative influences including asian art and culture, urban artifacts, printed ephemera and feminine kitsch.
Highlights of the JellyFever site include "Give-Aways" (Miriam's mysterious collages); "Seamless" (a holiday with hosiery models in NYC); "Confidential" (experiments with envelope interior patterns); "Dance Party" (airline stewardesses and passengers making the club scene); "Royal Jelly" (ideas and patterns to create your own Jelly crown); "Input" (a favorite feature from the original studio site, with peeks into the Jelly world of graphic inspiration); as well as a "Contact" feature to join the JellyFever mailing list.
Since founding Jelly Associates' NYC graphic design studio in 2000, Miriam and Amy have been hard at work creating books and publications, corporate identity and communications, music packaging, web sites and original illustrations for clients including the Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, Allworth Press, the Art Directors Club, Avex USA Records, Abrams Publishers, Chronicle Books, School of Visual Arts, Swissair, The New York Times and World Studio Foundation.
